Marhaba Luxe Travel & Tours provides Umrah travel-related services, including visa assistance, flight bookings, accommodation, and ground transportation. We do not offer Hajj services.

2. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be made through our official website or authorized representatives. Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking. All prices are subject to change based on airline, hotel, and exchange rate fluctuations.

3. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation policies vary based on the services booked (e.g., airline, hotel). Refunds (if applicable) are subject to processing time and third-party policies. Service charges are non-refundable.

4. Travel Documents
Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports, national ID cards, vaccination records, and any other required documents for Umrah travel. Marhaba Luxe Travel & Tours is not responsible for any delays or denials due to incomplete documentation.

5. Liability Disclaimer
We act as an intermediary between you and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport). We are not liable for delays, losses, injuries, or damages resulting from actions or failures of third-party providers.

6. Changes in Itinerary
We reserve the right to make changes in itinerary or services due to unforeseen circumstances, airline schedule changes, or government regulations. Clients will be informed in advance wherever possible.

7. User Responsibilities
You agree not to misuse our website or provide false information. Any fraudulent activity may result in cancellation of your booking and legal action.

8. Privacy Policy
Your personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell your information to third parties without your consent, except as required for service delivery.

9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Rawalpindi, Pakistan.
